Order Confirmation
You will know that your order has been successfully placed when you receive a confirmation email. In addition, you will receive an email confirming shipment at the time your order leaves the warehouse.

We accept the following forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Checks will be accepted upon prior authorization only.
Return Policy
Products purchased from a retail store should be returned directly to the store. Any products purchased directly from conversationpieces™ that are incorrectly shipped or damaged will be corrected as soon as possible. Please notify us within 5 days via email to info@cpieces.com.
Shipping Carriers and Rate Information
conversationpieces™ will select the best carrier for each shipment in terms of price and schedule. UPS and the United States Postal Service will be the primary carrier for all orders. FedEx or an alternate carrier may be utilized at an additional cost to the purchaser.
Where We Ship To
We ship orders to the 48 contiguous states without prior shipping arrangements. For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, along with countries other than the United States, please contact customer service at conversationpieces either by telephone (888-482-5507) or email (info@cpieces.com).
After Your Order Ships
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. Most orders will ship within 2 business days of being placed, unless merchandise is on backorder. Our warehouse does not process orders on weekends or holidays, so there will be a delay in shipment if your order is placed at the end of the week, over the weekend or during a holiday. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within a few days of entering your order, please contact customer service at info@cpieces.com or call 888-482-5507.
When Your Order Will Arrive
Most orders will ship within 2 business days of being placed. After an order has shipped, it may take from 2-5 business days to deliver depending on your geographic location. Tracking Your Order
When you receive a shipping confirmation notice via email, it will contain a tracking number from the shipping service that we have used for your order. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received any shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at info@cpices.com or call 888-482-5507.

conversationpieces will only accept returns on products that are shipped incorrectly or damaged. Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the package and return the product(s) in the original packaging.
Postage and handling charges are fully refundable only on approved returns that meet the conditions described above. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the invoice, along with prior approval are required for all returns.
